How much importance is given to 10th and 12th marks for getting admission in top IIM?

7 years agoIt has a huge importance when it comes to admissions into top IIMs. For instance, it constitutes 40% of the final score for deciding the admission for a student at IIM-A. -
Different IIMs have different weightages to class 10th and 12th marks. IIM-A gives 10% each to class 10th and 12th marks.
There are IIMs like IIM-Indore which give 76% weightage to class 10th & 12th marks combined.
On the other hand, there are IIMs like Kashipur, Raipur, Udaipur, and most of the new IIMs which do not give weightage to class 10th and 12th marks for the interview call.
