how much is it going to fruitful to do the master in public health(MPH) when i am a b tech biotechnology student.what will my future career?

sir i am betch biotechnology pass out student and now i am applying for master in public health from university of Nebraska medical center,USA. still now i am confused about my future . i want to do the research and same time want a good job in the core research field only.please help.
