First-year international applicants aiming to apply to IA State University must have passed high school. Additionally, they must have a minimum GPA of 3.0. Also, one must also complete these high-school courses:

  • Four years of English
  • Three years of Science
  • Three years of Math
  • Two years of Social Studies

Additionally, SAT / ACT scores are also required for UG studies admission. However, students who get at least a 1200 on the SAT or a 25 Composite score on the ACT shall be automatically considered to meet the 3.0 GPA requirement.
