There is no pay difference between B.Tech CSE and B.Tech IT but sometimes B.Tech CSE may cost more in certain universities.

Not huge difference between the fees of B.Tech CSE &B.Tech IT. However, the semester papers are almost the same. So you can go with any of these courses.

CSE and IT are quiet similar in subjects, there is no pay difference between them.
