Starting salaries may be between 8-15K. However, there are 2 levels in VFX. Most jobs are at the lower level which require you to rotoscope or wire removal. Higher end jobs are with Ad agencies, there is sure growth in the latter. Wish you the best for your career. As explained by Neelu, salaries are in the range 8-15K for freshers. But after experience in MNCs like Pixar, Technicolour (Bangalore), Rythm and Hues (Hyderabad) salaries are more than software engineers. 5 years of experiences guys are getting 70K per month. -Hemanth -ANITECH College -www.anitech.in or facebook.com/anitechbangalore
