How much marks are required for the admission in BTech or BE?

Admission in BE/ B.Tech can be taken in 2 ways: 1. Entrance tests like JEE, CET, etc 2. Direct admission Now for giving tests you need to have 40% in 12th class, and clearing this test you can get admission in govt.colleges like IITs, NITs, IITTs etc. If you don't want to give the test or you are not able to clear the test then you can think of direct admission which is offered by many privates universities like LPU, Amity, Sharda etc but they also follow the min.percentage criteria in 12th class. This varies from university to university. Check the websites of all the universities you are interested in to know the details . All the best.

Hi, For admission in a bachelor’s degree, you need to complete 10+2 examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry.The duration for this course is 4 years.For admission in top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs , Bits Pilani, DTU you have to clear JEE (Main) , JEE (Advanced) , BITSAT. There are also some state and all India level entrance exams after clearing them you also have chance for good colleges. Few of them are: KARNATAKA CET(Only for Karnataka Students) UPSEE, CET, COMEDK, EAMCET( Only for Andhra Pradesh Students), KEAM, GPET, etc. Also, some engineering institutes conduct their own entrance examination for admission few of them are SRMEEE ( SRM UNIVERSITY, Chennai) VITEEE (VIT UNIVERSITY, Vellore) MANIPAL UGET ( MANIPAL UNIVERSITY, Karnataka ) UPESEAT (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun) If you not given any entrane exam then try to get admission on the basis of your 12th marks or through any other entrance exam.
