there is a college in PUNE named INDIAN LAW SOCIETY. admissions in this are on the basis of 12th boards marks Other college in PUNE is SYMBIOSIS LAW SCHOOL which conduct it's own exam. I don't think that there is any law college in PUNE which comes under CLAT

I think you are doing your 12th standard from MAHARASHTRA only then percentage goes around 85% so atleast you should try to score around 85-90% for outside maharashtra students cut off goes to 95%.
