You can not predict the model or maximum marks for which the advanced exam will be set. You are talking about robotic engineering!
There is no such specified branch. You need to take a 5 year integrated course of CS+robotics. Or you need to complete b tech in CS or ECE and then take up a post graduation course (MS or M.Tech) in robotics. Anyways, first start preparing well for the exam. You are interested in a branch which is the most preferred. So you need to be ready to face immense competition.

I'm not sure about the scores to get as they vary every year. I'll give you the gist of ranks. your rank should be below 6000 to get an IIT (for general category students ). To get top IITs, your rank should be below 2000.
