If you want calls from most reputed colleges, you need to score the maximum possible marks in CAT. There are several other colleges giving admissions on the basis of CAT which you can always visit because only the CAT scores do not matter. What matters is your skills and abilities.

The one scores around 98 and above % ile in CAT with good curriculum will get the calls from top colleges in the country.

Please be more specific with your profile, it varies significantly with each profile. But, in general you should target 98-99 percentile in CAT.
