How much minimum placement I can except after completing MBA from LPU?

The Business School of LPU is accredited from (ACBSP) Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA. LPU has recently Marked among Top 50 Best Management Institutes by NIRF ranking 2020. Also, LPU has won National Employability Award 2020. I did MBA from Lovely Professional University, Honestly my experience at LPU was amazing, Pursue MBA from one of the best MBA college in Punjab as well as India that focuses on honing the instinctive talent and practical innovation of the students. Our programme relies on industry- aesthetics and essential business skills to craft well-informed decision makers who can cope up in the challenging world-of-work. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy forms the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the MBA programme must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like GitHub, Advance excel etc. Are must for any professional to succeed in career. Entrepreneurship : Even though most of the students go for jobs, the exposure to entrepreneurship is required. This helps the professionals know how the other departments and the profit center heads work, what are the expectations etc. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc. Are given high importance in the organisations. The programme must include the training or modules on all these. Community service: A bit of community projects in between the course are very important to develop the humane side of the person as well as learn the organizing skills. Diversity: As he world shrinks into a aligned economy, the professionals will be required to work in cross cultural teams having entirely different work culture and ethos, the national and international diversity of students in a B-School is helpful in enabling the students develop right sensibilities for such work atmosphere. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any MBA programme. Placements: Since the ultimate aim of attaining a skill/knowledge/degree is to have a career, it is desirable that whichever university you chose, It must have good industry linkages to attract the good recruiters which value fresh talent. Some very good business schools which offer such programs like Iims, IITs, FMS Delhi, SPJMER, Great lakes Chennai, LBSIM, JIMS, UBS Chandigarh, SIBM, SCMHRD, IBS Hyderabad, LPU Punjab etc. Your placement amount depends on, how much you extract out of opps. So I would say LPU has done exceptionally well in all these parameters, and with stellar placement record, it makes the best case for itself.

Hi Ajay, Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. In recent NIRF rankings revealed by MHRD in 2020 Mittal School of Business LPU is among top 50 B-schools of the India. Last year in MBA students got a package of max 16 Lacs per annum and the average packages were of 5 Lacs per annum. In Lovely Professional University. MBA programme comes Mittal School of Business is among the first 10 institutions in India to get ACBSP (USA) accreditation. Last year in MBA students got a package of max 16 Lacs per annum and the average packages were of 5 Lacs per annum. So I will recommend you to visit LPU campus at least once and you can contact through website. LPU is an outstanding place to pursue your studies. I have experienced in LPU as a student and I learned plenty of things during my graduation. LPU provides the beautiful infrastructure and all required resources to students and staff. This depends upon you, how much skills you aquire at the end because the degree of LPU will take you to the interview gates of almost all the bigger companies you dream but the rest depends upon you. Though, the average placements uptill now are 7 lakhs per annum reaching upto 20 lakhs hence, it is sure that you will see yourself at a better place somewhere, you expect after you post graduation.
