Fee for MS in CSE in German Universities is very nominal. Living expenses of students varies between Euro 700 to 1000 per month depending on university location. Most of engineers are able to earn sufficient money for their living expenses by working 4 hours per day on student visa.

You may evaluate MS CSE at Jacobs University, Hasso Plattner Institute, University of Ulm, RWTH Aachen and TU Kaiserslautern.
