Both the course you mentioned i.e. MBA and M.Tech, are good course to pursue as both of these course offers good career prospects and growth opportunities.
As per your profile the best option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
You will gain relevant work experience, and you will learn how to implement theoretical knowledge in practical situations.

If you want to develop in the same field than M.Tech is best option for you otherwise or you want to diversify your career in the field of management than MBA is best for you.generally the fees of MBA programme is lies between Rupees 50,000/- to Rupees 5,00,000/-

Both courses are good for you and the decision lies in your hands. you have to think about your interest than you will be able to choose right course for yourself. there is no specific boundary for fee, its depend on the standard of college, top colleges may charge more than 10 lac but you cant get in these without entrance exam, lower level college may charge around 3 lac and the average colleges may charge around 4 to 6 lac.
