How much of experience (hours) does a commercial pilot in India gains in his 1st, 2nd & 5th year?

There is no such Specific criteria. The average monthly flying that an Indian pilot does each month is 60-80 hours. You can now yourself calculate the total number of hours that one can fly each year. It is irrespective of which year of service you do.
