The registration fee is non-refundable. Refunds of tuition fees will be regulated as follows:
1. The full tuition fee will be refunded in the following cases:
Applicants who withdraw their application on or before the last date of the fee payment as mentioned in the schedule on the DASA website or applicants who are not allotted any seats as per their choices, or applicants who are found not eligible at the time of processing the application.
2. 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded in the following cases:
Applicants who are allotted any seat as per their choices, and do not accept the allotment by choosing the "Decline" option.

The DASA UG counselling mock seat allotment helps candidates understand what seat they might be allotted based on their rank and preferences before the official rounds begin. If the candidates do NOT lock their choices, their last saved choices will be locked automatically upon reaching the deadline for choice filling.
DASA allows foreign nationals and NRI's to take admission in top institutions in India excluding IIT's. With a rank of around 174000 you are likely to get a good NIT and also a good branch.
