How much people skills are required in order to become an average and success ful Lawyer.

I believe an average lawyer with great people skills and understanding of human nature beats a very good to excellent technical lawyer with poor people skills. Because you have to know how people think, what motivates them, what they are afraid of or what they will respond to if you want to be a great lawyer. The lawyer who knows the law backwards and forwards. You know all the procedural traps and can navigate the rules of evidence like a magician. But if you don't know how to make a point with a judge, or tell a jury a story, or recognize when your client is shading the truth, you will fail. Lawyering is an art. It is a skill set. It is knowing people And the law. If you are a great people person, you can be a very successful lawyer. If you have no people skills, become a average lawyer. Legal profession is an honorable profession, as ancient as magistracy, as noble as virtue, as necessary as justice. To have a successful career in the legal industry, you need to get admission in one of the premier law college in India. These institutes offer undergraduate post-graduate ( LL. M. B.A. LL.B. And BBA LL.B. Research programmers in legal education and 1 year LL. M. programme across industry-specific domains. Most of the colleges follow different admission procedures and accept scores of CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) or other law entrance exams for admissions.
