    I believe an average lawyer with great people skills and understanding of human nature beats a very good to excellent technical lawyer with poor people skills. Because you have to know how people think, what motivates them, what they are afraid of or what they will respond to if you want to be a great lawyer. The lawyer who knows the law backwards and forwards. You know all the procedural traps and can navigate the rules of evidence like a magician.
