    Dear Student, After getting Bachelor degree in law, one must enroll in State Bar Council where advocate wanted to practice. After State Bar Council registration, student has to apply for Test which is conducted half yearly for enrollment in Bar Council of India. Student has to gain minimum 40 % marks for qualifying and getting Certificate from Bar Council Of India. This Bar Council Test become mandatory for practice as an advocate after 2010.
