    Greetings from LPU. After diploma, you can take admission in B.tech(lateral entry) and eligibility criteria for B.Tech (LE) programme is minimum 60% is required in Diploma with LPU-NEST exam and if you have percentage above than 70% in diploma then you can apply for direct admission without any entrance test. If you are from SC category and if your state government or any other outer agency provide you any scholarship then our university will consider it and proceed your case accordingly.

    If you having more than 60% marks in your Diploma, then you can easily get admission in LPU. There is no issue, but if your percentage is less, then problem may arise in that case you are supposed to give LPU nest exam.

    Eligibility criteria (qualifying exam) for B.Tech in EE (lateral entry) at LPU is pass with 60% aggregate marks in Diploma (Engg.) (any stream) 3 years after 10th or 2 yrs. after 10+2(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Non-Medical) or B.Sc.(Computer Science) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST.

    Dear Nagesh, LPU is a premier university of India with top placements and world class infrastructure. LPU has more than 200 courses and every course has certain eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by a candidate get admission.
