How much percentage in 12th is required to be eligible for BCA?

The eligibility criteria for BCA course is different for every university and colleges affiliated with it. Top tier universities only provide admission to students from Science and commerce stream with Maths as a mandatory subject and at least 60% marks in their +2. With all these requirements, candidates also have to appear in an entrance exam and personal interview. Generally, the fees of colleges affiliated with such universities is low. Whereas, 2nd & 3rd tier universities provides admission to students from all streams (Science, commerce and arts/humanities), with Maths as not mandatory subject, and only passing marks are required in +2.
