Pilot training is not given by colleges but flying training schools. Eligibility is minimum 17 years age, you must have mathematics, physics and English in your class 10th and 12th. You will have to pass medical test conducted by DGCA (Director General Civil Aviation) approved doctor/hospital.
First PPL (Pupil Pilot Licence) is acquired through DGCA conducted exam, followed by CPL (Commercial Pilot Licence) which requires minimum 185 hours solo flying+ 25 hours multi engine flying+ 40 hours simulation flying. Cost of CPL is around Rs.35 lakhs in India.
