It is completely based on the JELET exams but if you want to take admission in Techno India Group I would like to say that they usually don't give admission in the main campus, they will give you admission in the colleges that are affiliated to Techno India University. So please be aware of that and

Candidate must have passed Diploma in engineering/technology or B.Sc from a recognized university. Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Joint Entrance Lateral Entry Test (JELET).
