Dear Pooja, The only conditions for IAS Exams held by UPSC are (i) graduation from UGC recognized university and (ii) age within prescribed limit. The percentage of marks obtained by you in your graduation is irrelevant and as such is not the criteria for IAS exams. For details in this regard you ma
