    Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology has different percentage criteria for different courses. The institute offers one course at the UG level and three courses at the PG level. Other than UG and PG courses, the college offers PhD courses. Here's a table explaining the percentage criteria of different programmes at Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology:

    BTechClass 10 and Class 12 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one among Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subject with 45% aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category of Karnataka)

    MCAPass BCA or equivalent degree with 50% aggregate (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) from a recognised university
