Eligibility for admission to B.Tech programs at LPU:

Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with at least 60% (sixty percent) marks. 

Physics, Mathematics, and English are compulsory subjects. 

However, for specializations in Biotechnology, Food Technology, and Biomedical Engineering, Biology/Biotechnology will be considered in place of Mathematics/Physics. 

Candidates must either have a valid score in LPUNEST, JEE Main, or CUET. In addition, there may be a Key Qualifier (KQ) test and interview for B.Tech CSE-Software Production Engineering. 

A relaxation of 5% in marks is given to candidates from the North Eastern States and Sikkim, Defense personnel, and wards of Kashmiri migrants.
