Hello Doliza,
You need to get 75 % in class 12 if you belong to CBSE board or else be in top 20 % percentile of any government. Recognised board. Just visit this link:

You should check the list of different colleges (NITs) which comes under JEE counselling. Then compare your rank with previous year cutoff for different colleges.
