The minimum percentage required to get admission in graduation varies with the college or university. Mostly, it is between 50-60%. You can check the eligibility criteria of the University you want.

Every university and colleges have different criteria to get admit in particular course. Mostly, the eligibility to get admission in a college mostly is above 60. Check all the colleges and universities website to get to know the criteria to get admit in any particular course.

It differs from college to college and rush for admission. Basically, the minimum eligibility is 45% to 60% but this is just the minimum eligibility for applying in the college but you must score better if you want admission in any good college. All the best.
