The overall percentile required for the BTech programme iin IIIT Napur is around 75% (65% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class 12 or be within the category-wise top 20 percentile in his/her respective Class 12 board examination. Admission to the BTech programme is based on candidates performance in the JEE Main
