The average annual package hovers around 6 lakhs p.a. However, the range is wide in the sense that people opt for different companies according to their passion. So one can go for a grassroot NGO at 3 Lk p.a. or one may go for a financial services company for 8-9 Lk p.a. It really depends on your choice of profession but to be realistic 6 lk p.a. is a fair bet. My advice is if money is the only criteria for your selection of B schools, please do not come to IIFM.
