You require 250 in your JEE Mains to apply for iiit Hyderabad, however cut off varies year to year.

You need to score above 250 marks in JEE Mains. You have to apply for iiit Hyderabad separately, means its not come under JoSAA. Cutoff varies every year but target for the best.

IIIT-Hyderabad is among top engineering colleges of India so you need to score very high for getting admission there, so considering your category you will have to score more than 250 marks in JEE Mains to get there !
