Hi Arjit,
As the ranking keeps on changing every year based on the fluctuation of the scores it would be difficult to give you any exact information on the same. However, as rightly said by Mr. Nirmal if you are able to score 600 to 800 score you definitely stand a chance to get through one of the IITs.

You need to have an all India Score in the Range of 600-800 to get mechanical in a good IIT.
