How much % required to get admission in IIMA with 83% in 10th , 57% in 12th and 7.73 CGPA (till 6th sem) in engineering for SC student.

I think you will need to score around 90 to 95 percentile to get admission in IIMA with the kind of academic background you have. Also there are individual paper cutoffs as well, which would also be around 90 percentile. Hence if you score more than 90 percentile in both the papers, then you should get WAT/PI call from IIMA.
