Hi Sourbh, School of Agriculture, Lovely Professional University is first private school accredited by Indian Council of Agricultural Research. Due to ICAR accreditation, large number of companies are visiting the campus. More than 44 renowned firms and industries are on board for on campus and off campus drive in 2018-19. Around 90% of the students got placed. As I have heard among the drive conducted the major associates were with Syngenta Pvt. LPU offers Professional Enhancement Programme so that students attain skills necessary for the job in the relevant field. At the same time, the varsity conducts mock placement drives to build self-confidence in students. LPU has a separate placement committee for each stream such as engineering, architecture, management, arts, sciences, Agriculture etc. LPU students got top packages from leading Agriculture companies. The demand for graduates with a degree in agriculture is increasing every day in India and abroad. B.Sc. Agriculture is a 4 year undergraduate professional course offered by Lovely Professional University. Course fees are also considerably lower in comparison to other professional degrees, while rewarding with good jobs and a better packages.
