If it is an integrated course then your salary may vary from 3.0 lacs and above as an average. If these courses you are pursuing separately then I would recommend to gain some experience after B.Tech and then go for MBA so that you can get a good salary package otherwise after B.Tech + MBA you may n

Fees for MBA depends on college to college and university. It is of 2 years duration.
