See, it all depends on your hard work. If you get a management training program, placement from your college you will be earning around 20-25k per month for two years. After completing your training program, you will be promoted to a assistant manager position where you will be earning around 35-40k. If you don't get the placement from your college, the scenario will 12-15k and after 4 years promotion 25-30k.
