EEE is the stream, which is the combination of both of electrical & electronics. Mostly EEE students can go for core companies. There are quite core companies besides IT industries. In most of the cases, EEE students are not allowed to the IT companies due to their stream. But allover India there are a huge core-company industries in Electrical & Electronic sphere, as well as in Communication domain. Salary is sometimes quite pretty. Salary can be starting from 7-8 k per month in small companies, but fresher candidate must join those companies to gain experience. At fresher level, 7-8 k per month is not so bad, actually Experience is the matter. In Delhi, Bangalore, Pune there are many core companies, most of them recruit through walk-ins, which happens throughout the year, depending on vacancy. So candidates must be aware of the latest news of any walk-in held by any company.
