How much scholarship does Penn State give to international students?

<p>Penn State University has authorized t<strong>wo scholarship funds </strong>which provide tuition grants to international students; S<strong>pecial International Grant-in-Aid (SIGIA) and the Penn State Tuition Assistance Grant (PSTAG)</strong>. Note that these funds are administered through the Directorate of International Student and Scholar Advising (DISSA) for global programs.
