How much score do I need to score out of 180 to get 99 percentile in SNAP?

It varies each year but you can have target of achieving marks in range of 90-105 to fetch 99 percentile.

Every year, the marks changes depending on difficulty of paper., Last year it was at 70 marks and year previous to that it was at 95 marks

That cant be calculated as it differs from year to year based on the performance of the students overall. Although a score above 100 should be good enough to get a shortlist for the GD PI round
