The cutoff for SC category student through CAT will be based on 'All India Seats' so you need to score good on CAT as there are few all India seats available in PUMBA. The cutoff for CAT is usually 85-90%ile.

For admission into PUMBA under all India Seats along with CAT exams like CMAT, MAT are also considered. So, it is difficult to tell exact CAT score. Also, under all India quota all seats are treated as general seats.99.23 percentile was the cut-off for all India Seats.
