BITS - Pilani shortlists candidates based on CAT/GMAT scores +Work exp+ Profile + SOP . To be on the safer side 80+ in CAT is recommended. But it doesn't mean less than 80 per student won't get the call. A lot depends on profile, number of applications received, etc. GD & PI rounds are conducted aft
