How much should I get in GATE or CAT? will I get scholarship before admission or after admission?

This year cut off's were high. The details are on the Department website, still as a thumb rule try to score over 95% in CAT and 600 in Gate.
Kindly check with the admissions office regarding scholarships, I am not much aware about it. Given the course fee is the least amongst all the other colleges
