Hi,
Kindly predict your college in this college predictor. JEE Mains rank predictor is an online tool which predicts the candidates rank range and probable colleges based on the difficulty level of the examination, average marks scored in JEE Mains and seats available in IITs, NITs, GFTIs, and other SFTIs. The rank predicted might not be accurate but it certainly does give an idea to the aspirant. Know your college admission chances based on your JEE Main Rank, Home State, Caste, Gender, etc. here:

Your CBSE marks are enough for getting admission in NITs and IIT for B.Tech programs. Further, the JEE Main considered the following points while deciding the Cutoff as under:
1. Performance of the applicants in the examination
2. Level of difficulty of the examination.
3. Total number of applicants participated.
4. Cutoff trends of last year
5. Number of questions asked in the exam. NIT Warangal cut off of year 2018 for CSE B.Tech programmes in your category for home state quota are as under:
CSE (Opening rank=360, Closing rank=804)
So in my opinion marks more than 250 are enough for getting admission in NIT Warangal.
