How much should I score in LPU-NEST exam in 2019 for getting 50% scholarship?

<p>Lovely Professional University offers scholarships based on the LPUNEST (National Entrance and Scholarship Test) scores obtained by the candidates. The scholarship amount varies depending on the marks obtained by the candidate in the test.</p><p>The qualifying marks for LPUNEST varies between 30% to 40% for different courses.</p><p>LPUNEST Cutoff is the minimum score a candidate requires to be eligible for availing LPUNEST scholarship at Lovely Professional University for particular session. The cut-off marks can be judged based on the previous year cut-offs. The scholarship is awarded to those students who score more than or equal to the cutoff marks.</p><p>The cut-off is based on the number of applicants, number of vacant seats, average performance in the entrance test, and last year&rsquo;s cut off. After the cut-off is declared, a Merit List is prepared on the basis of the candidates&rsquo; score in the entrance test.</p><p>The scholarship percentage varies programme-wise as per the students' scores. For each category of scholarship, 1-3 brackets of Scholarship (Brackets 1, 2, and 3) are defined. Each bracket represents specific criteria which an applicant must fulfil, for him/her to fall in that particular bracket. Criteria in bracket 1 are the most strict and the conditions are relaxed in subsequent brackets and the scholarship is also reduced in each next bracket. So, the students meeting the requirement of Bracket 1 (top bracket) get the highest scholarship and those in Bracket 2 or Bracket 3 get a relatively lesser scholarship.</p>

Hi By qualifying LPU NEST you will fulfil one of the eligibility conditions required to take admission to some of the courses at LPU. There are certain courses in which one can take direct admission on the basis of score in the previous qualifications. But to avail scholarship, the candidate's LPU NEST score must be more than the cutoff at that time. LPU NEST Cutoff is the minimum marks applicants need to attain for admission at LPU. The cutoff is dependent on the number of candidates, the number of vacant seats, and the marks obtained by candidates in the entrance exam cutoff of last year. The cutoff is divided into three categories and the shortlisted candidates receive the scholarship based on their marks/cut-off category. Lovely Professional University also provides a study grant of Rs. 1 lac per student to study at institutes like IITs/ NITs/ Iims/ NLUs/ IHMs/ NIDs/ IITs (DoD/ IDC)/ IIITDM/ NIFTs on qualifying the LPU NEST exam. LPU NEST Exam is conducted in various schedules. The study grant is released after the conduct of all schedules. Scholarships can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. through LPU NEST score, and various other schemes. So, I suggest appearing in LPU NEST to get maximum benefit. In case your LPU NEST score does not lie in any of the three brackets to avail scholarship you can attempt LPU NEST 2nd time and other will be no LPU NEST fee charged for that. If you want to get 50% scholarship, then you are supposed to be in top 10% to 20% range, then you can easily get what you are looking for.
