How much stipend does an M.tech CSE/IT student gets (through GATE) in IISc and IITs? Does he/she has to pay tution fees and hostel charges?

Hi! The amount of stipend get by any M.Tech student is nearly around 8k-10k in any Govt Institute like IIT/DTU., but by private college/ university is around 5k-7k. Thank You.
