Thank you for contacting Iha for your query. Food Production department basic duties are to produce food which includes cooking of dishes. Our food production course prepares students to become chef in hospitality industry. Whereas, food and beverage service course teaches about how to serve food in all kinds of service set up in hospitality industry which includes Restaurants, Banquets hall, ships, airlines etc . Housekeeping department role is to look after the upkeep of the hotel.
