How much time will I need to reach 99 level considering I don't have any strong areas & how to go about it ? I have 70 CAT percentile.

Time does not matter. It all depends on your will to achieve higher percentile. Now is the perfect time to start preparing for CAT 15. To understand your strong area, you need to give few mock tests and then analyse where did you go wrong and where you are very easily solving questions. After that,
