The institutes offer courses with various timelines.
They start from a 2 yr -3/4 days a week course to a 1 month pre cat -fast track course.
It depends upon your schedule and how soon do you want to take the CAT.
All institutes are equally good.
Finally it depends upon your perseverance to stay in
