    If you have given MHT-CET then the merit list is totally based on your MHT-CET score, not your 12th percentage. But to be eligible for admission, you should have an aggregate of 50% or +50% in PCM for open and for OBC, SC/ST there is 45% aggregate in PCM. But I would suggest you to try to score at least 100 or above marks in MHT-CET. In this way, you can also get a TFWS seat., if coming through JEE Mains. Rank list is prepared with composite scores of JEE Mains and normalized marks of class XII in the ratio of 60:40. The composite score is arranged on the basis of merit and the rank is awarded on that basis only. So, the conclusion is

    As per my knowledge, not a single university entertain admission on the basis of class 12th scores. So, you should focus on entrance exam.
