How much weightage is given to the academics and work exp.? Can one with average academics expect a call, provided he clears the CAT cutoff?

Academics and work experience are not considered for declaring shortlists for WAT/PI. WAT/PI calls are given based on the CAT score only.

Ok. Also I wanted to know, only engineers and/or CA candidates are considered for admission?

search https://www.shiksha.com ,this year cut off was 95 percentile for CAT, 60% need in 10th,12th,bachelor degree.
