how much will all cost for doing phd from us in medicinal chemistry inluding embassy charges and all , please help

i want to know about the total expenditure , including embassy charges. I want completely funded phd , n i want to know which exams i would have to clear , leaving gre and toefl . what are the other requirements ? please hep me with whole procedure starting rom the first step i have to take.
