You have came out of your class after 2 morning lectures for a 15 minutes break. You find yourself dressed similar to others. Yes! Today is a uniform day. All boys are wearing light blue shirts, dark blue trousers and a tie. Girls are stuck with white chudidar with blue Odhani (dupatta). Now you go out of the campus to have some snacks. A variety of snacks are available there. Within 15 minutes, you eat whatever suits your pocket, and get in the college campus. Suddenly something sounds. Watchmen start whistling. Oh! The prayer has been started. You have to statue yourself for about 3.5 minutes. This is how a day in MIT starts. You have some disciplinary guidelines from college. You are required to wear uniform on Monday, Thursday and some special occasions. You have to respect the prayer everyday. You have to be in the class in time, maintain attendance. Etc. There are departments, laboratories, classrooms and porches. You have to know your destination. All the departments in MIT are very nice. They teach well and make students know engineering well. There are timetabled lab sessions. Almost all labs have excellent infrastructure. You get the best for your learning process. Most of the teaching faculty is dedicated. They teach you sincerely and you feel blessed to have them. And there are lawns. Where you study, you celebrate birthdays, you practice your drama and a lot more. These lawns constitute an essential part of the campus. You have your academic calendar as well as events' calendar. Events like Texephyr, Gandharva, MERC, Nirmitee, Petrovision, Summit, Bharatiya Chhatra Sansad and Goonj are the necessary part of MIT life. You can take part in any of these events, to learn more things and evolve yourself. MIT has various teams dedicated to some or other thing. There is MIT cultural, which is a team which participates in prestigious events like Purushottam karandak, Firodiya karandak, Bharat karandak, Vinodattam karandak and Mood indigo. There is an MIT Tech-team, which participates in National and international robocon competitions. Then you have Piranha team, Ambedkar vichar manch, MIT computer users group and Sourabh magazine team. MIT is the best college for Pune University; as I believe. It has everything an ideal college should have. Be a part of this college and discover your new life!
