How seats are allocated under FW seat?
If I am applying under the fee waiver scheme and if there is no seat allocated to me under FW, which rank will be considered for general seats between AIR and OBC-NCL? I am an OBC candidate.

There is almost 5% seats are reserved under this quota in every government college and in some private colleges also, plus you can go through the UPSEE information brochure for the detailed information.
